I was left my parents’ house that was built in 1964. Most of the house was in good condition, but one room needed new subflooring, the outside trim and perimeter foundation needed repair and paint and multiple other projects, ie. seal cracks, clean chimney. I was only able to be in the Dallas in the beginning project, so Taj communicated via FaceTime and pictures so I could see the progress. Propertifix performed all jobs, large and small, with excellent craftsmanship. They did what they said they would do and as a consumer, I appreciate that! There's no way to adequately say enough positive things about Taj Ali. LLD., but I will try. First , he and his crew were timely and professional in estimating our job, providing a written cost contract and also in performing and completing the job on the timetable promised. Second, the quality of the work was superb. In addition to two rather large ceiling holes caused by water damage, we had numerous large str,ess cracks caused by a six-sided room with a cathedral ceiling. The repairs were so good it was difficult to tell there had ever been any damage in the ceiling even before it had been repainted. Third, l can't recall ever working with anyone as easy to work with as Mr. Ali and his crew. He was flexible and accommodating trying to work within my budget and has a very engaging and delightful personality. Would I hire Mr. Ali and his company again? Yes, and in fact I already have. He had told me he was experienced in providing any type of work except foundation and roof repairs. Thus, I hired him to replace kitchen shelves under our kitchen sink and adjacent cabinets. All I can say is wow, we just bought a brand new house, so we wanna the house painted and fix couple of chandeliers for us. We called some other handyman that don’t know what they were doing they messed up our ceilings and did not paint the house right, which I wasn’t happy about do I called this guys to fix the ceiling which they did an amazing job.
